William "Bill" Tatum Obituary

William “Bill” Smith Tatum,83, of Carmel, passed away May 1, 2020. He was born November 16, 1936 in New Castle, IN, son of William F. and Opal S. Tatum.

Before retiring, Bill taught music in several different public schools. He was a longtime member of East 91st St. Christian Church, Indianapolis, IN.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Joyce Tatum; three children, Greg (Linda) Tatum of Carmel, IN, Jeff (Penny) Tatum of Speedway, IN and Kristie (Linton) Lundeen of West Des Moines, IA, and six grandchildren.

Services are Private.

Burial will take place in Batson Cemetery, New Castle, Bill's hometown.
