William "Bill" Manning Fulton, Jr.

William “Bill” Manning Fulton, Jr., 83, of Westfield, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020. He was born November 23,1937 in Burlington, IA, son of William M. and Edith M. (Walker) Fulton, Sr.

Following high school, Bill attended Moody Bible Institute before graduating from Lincoln Chiropractic College. As a Chiropractor, he served his Broad Ripple community for 52 years where he owned and operated his Chiropractic Office caring for many patients over the years.

While in college, Bill often talked about how much he enjoyed playing ping pong. He was a big sports fan, particularly the Chicago Cubs. Bill had a great personality and was loved by his many patients who visited him over the years. He was great at telling jokes, enjoying hearing people respond in laughter.  Bill chose to always have a positive outlook on life. He was a hard-working man, was an example and role model to everyone around him. Bill was always busy whether working on cars in his garage or spending time outside in his yard.

Most importantly, Bill loved spending time with his family. He was a great father and grandfather. Bill’s memory will always be treasured.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer L. Fulton; sisters, Jane M. Mannel, Janice E. Anderson, Jeanette E. Fulton; and brother, Ted W. Fulton.

Survivors include his son, Jonathan (Jennifer) Fulton; daughter, Ellie (Trent) Paino; grandchildren, Henry Fulton, Dylan Paino, Isabelle Paino; brothers, Tom (Paula) Fulton and Robert (Penny) Fulton.

Family and friends will gather for a visitation Friday, December 18, 2020 from 2-4 pm in Bussell Family Funerals, 1621 E Greyhound Pass.
