William Thomas Schroeder, 22, of Westfield, Indiana died on January 26, 2020. William was born in Noblesville on May 6, 1997, son of James and Susan (Childers) Schroeder. Will was a graduate of Cathedral High School, Indianapolis. He was employed as part of the Sales Service team with Gordon Food Service, Indianapolis. Will was a proud member of the Indianapolis Impalas Rugby Club.
Will enjoyed spending time at the lake with his family, Wednesday evening family dinners, riding his Honda 350X 3-wheeler and golfing.
Will is survived by his parents James and Susan Schroeder; siblings, Luke (Angela), Nick, Joe, Max, and Ellie Schroeder. He was also blessed with 4 nephews, Brody, Cael, Declan, and Emerick, and niece Mara; maternal grandmother, Geraldine Childers, paternal grandmother, Betty Schroeder, many aunts, uncles, cousins and long-time girlfriend, Gabbi Bratton.
Family and friends may gather for the recitation of the rosary at 3:30 pm with visitation from 4-7 pm, Thursday, January 30 in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, of which Will was a member. Due to current renovations in the church, the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am, Friday, January 31 in St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, Westfield. There will be 1 hour of visitation preceding, starting at 10:00 am in the church.
Burial will follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Indianapolis.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Merciful Help Center or the Parish Life Center capital campaign, both at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Envelopes will be available at the church.
