William W. Kelly

William W. “Bill” Kelly, 88 of Carmel, passed away July 29, 2023. He was born January 1, 1935 in Wheeling, W VA, son of William and Loras (Seabright) Kelly.

Bill was a veteran of the US Army. He retired from United Technologies, formerly Carrier Air Conditioning. Bill was gifted and talented in free hand painting, creating artwork for his own enjoyment. He also spent time sculpting working with clay.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Jacquelyn in 2015.

Survivors include his children, Sheryl Kelly, William (Colleen) Kelly, Brian (Patricia) Kelly, Kathleen (Adam) Settle, and Stephen (Heather) Kelly; grandchildren, Lindsey Hausworth, Burke Kelly, Blake Kelly, Jackie Willett, David Kelly, Jennifer Kelly, and Kevin Kelly; great-grandsons, Steele and Seth.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, August 14, 2023 at 6 pm in Thrive Christian Church, 15091 Town Road, Westfield.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Bill, may be directed to Thrive Church. Envelopes will be available at the service.

A Committal Service will take place in Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville, KY at a later date.
