Timothy Patrick O'Hara

Timothy Patrick O'Hara, of Carmel, Indiana passed away suddenly on December 14, 2021 at the age of 49.   He was born in New York City to Robert O'Hara who preceded him in death, and Mary Ann (nee Giallombardo) O'Hara.  

He was married for 22 years to his wonderful wife, Karen Jean (nee Dempsey), devoted father to his children, Katelyn Elizabeth, Michael Patrick, Kelly Ann, Christina Grace, and John Patrick; sister, Tracy Finck, brother-in law, Nathan, son-in-law to Jean and John Patrick Dempsey; brother-in-law to Debra Dempsey; uncle to Thomas Dempsey, Jaclyn Dempsey and Robert Finck.

Tim graduated from Ridgefield High School in Ridgefield, Connecticut where he was a standout athlete, student, and football captain. 

He graduated from Yale University with a degree in political science and Warrington College of Business at University of Florida, with a master’s in business administration.  At Yale, Tim was a proud member of the Yale Football team and Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.

Tim, an energy industry executive, and leader, held various positions in the energy industry throughout his career which led him to positions in New York City, Florida, Ohio, and Indiana.  He was the Managing Director of Energy Systems Network in Indiana.   He started his career at Goldman Sachs in New York City.  Tim was well respected by his colleagues and a good friend to all those who knew him.

Tim’s cremation will be private with no public service.
