Sergio Chaparro

Sergio Chaparro, 50, of Indianapolis, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021. He was born October 21, 1970 in Cd. Juarez, Mexico to Adan Chaparro and Carmen Munoz Lara.

After graduating from college with a degree in electric engineering, he began working for the IPL.

Sergio loved his family and was especially attentive in taking care of his mom. He was very kind and generous, always helping people around him.

Sergio was preceded in death by his father, Adan Chaparro; sister, Guadalupe Chaparro; and nephew, Joseph Chaparro.

Survivors include his mother, Carmen Munoz Lara; siblings, Mario Chaparro, Lidia Chaparro, Carmel Chaparro, Carlos Chaparro, Ricardo Chaparro, and Cesar Chaparro.
