Sandra Lynn Rich

Sandra L. Rich, 73, of Noblesville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 18, 2019, at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.  She was born July 17, 1945, in Detroit, MI, daughter of Donald McGuire and Ruth (Happ) McGuire.

Sandra was a 1963 graduate of Henry Ford High.  She married Gerald Rich in June of 1978, in Redford, MI.  Sandy worked in food services at Saline Community Schools, displaying a love of cooking and an ability to bring love and joy to all the children she encountered.

Putting others before herself was truly an attribute Sandra possessed.  She was never afraid to show affection, giving hugs to everyone she knew.

In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by sisters, Billie McGuire and Kathy Taylor. 

Survivors include her husband, Gerald of Noblesville, IN; daughters, Stacey Taber of Grove City, OH, and Jennifer (Rob) Robeson of Carmel, IN; 4 grandchildren, Chelsea Taber of Hayward, CA, Tyler Taber of Asheville, OH, Robby and Ryan Robeson of Carmel, IN; brother, Donald (Stormy) McGuire Jr. of St. Helen, MI; and 14 nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends and others whose lives Sandra touched from 10 am until 12 pm in St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 4780 E 126 th Street, Carmel, where the Memorial Service will begin at 12 noon.
