Phyllis L. (Lawrence) Morrow

Phyllis L. Morrow, 98, of Carmel, passed away peacefully in her home on October 10, 2024. She was born in Carmel on March 21, 1926, to Rush and Mary (Reese) Lawrence.

Phyllis was a lifelong resident of Carmel and was a 1944 graduate of Carmel High School. She and Don Morrow were married January 19, 1948.

Basket weaving, sewing, and woodworking were a few of the talents Phyllis was blessed to spend time enjoying. She also could make the most delicious soups for her family to appreciate, especially during harvest.

Phyllis was a special lady and will be missed by her family and close friends.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Don in 2018.

Survivors include her sons, David L. (Donna) Morrow, Gregory A. Morrow, and Daniel R. Nettleton.

A graveside service will take place Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 10 am in Carmel Cemetery.
