Pamela Kay Piper-Griffiths, 60, of Carmel, passed away January 21, 2022. She was born March 31,1961 in Terre Haute, IN, daughter of William and Betty (Gore) Piper.
Pam was a graduate of Indiana State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Administration. She earned the notable distinction of graduating Magna Cum Laude.
As a member of two book clubs, Pam was an avid reader. She enjoyed traveling, watching movies, bowling, and playing golf. Pam also looked forward to attending ISU Homecoming. She loved spending time with family, friends and especially her Sorority Sisters. Pam was an animal lover at heart.
In addition to her father, William N. Piper III, Pam was preceded in death by grandparents, Wyn Shelledy, Orval and Vida Gore; aunt, Mary McCloud; and uncle, John McCloud.
Survivors include her sons, Justin Griffiths and Ian Griffiths; mother, Betty Piper; brother, Clark (Sharon) Piper; niece, Allie (Ryan) Krekel Piper; special friend, Jeff Davidson; and her beloved dog, Bella.
Family and friends will gather on Saturday, February 5,2022 at 1 pm (Central Time) in the Presbyterian Church, 241 W. Court Street, Paris, IL, where Pam’s Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 pm.
Also, a Memorial Visitation will take place Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 1-4 pm in Orchard Park Presbyterian Church, 1605 E, 106th Street, Indianapolis.
