James Fero Obituary

James C. Fero, 91 of Indianapolis, passed away September 15, 2019. He was born in Indianapolis on June 23, 1928, son of Fred and Minnie Pomrening Fero.

Jim was a WW II veteran who served in Japan. During his working years, Jim was employed with the Indianapolis Public Schools as a painter. He was also a master mushroom hunter and an avid animal lover.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Fero.

Survivors include his daughter, Terri Hartman and son, Rick Jacobs.

He will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife Marjorie, September 30, 2019 in Washington Park Cemetery North.
