Frances Anne Sleet

Frances Anne Sleet, 81, of Carmel, IN passed away January 17, 2021. She was born July 12, 1939 in Houston, TX, daughter of William and Angela (Toce) Roy.

As a 1957 graduate of Bellaire High School in Houston, Frances continued her education receiving many certifications in the Insurance Industry. She became a Certified Insurance Counselor and retired from the National Association of Insurance Women Education Foundation after several years.  Frances was a career long, 50-year, member of Local, Regional and National Insurance Women’s Association.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Morton Sleet, Jr.; daughter, Shelley (David) Meisenhelder; son, Trey (Pam) Sleet; grandchildren, Sara, Lane, Laura, Will, Katy, Andy, Jenneifer, Michael and Kelli; numerous great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on March 13, 2021 at 10 am in St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 2898 US Hwy 190, Jasper, TX, 75951.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Frances, be directed to a Catholic Charity of your choice; St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children.
