Chongxi "Tony" Huang

Chongxi “Tony” Huang, 74, of Whitestown, IN, passed away January 27, 2024. He was born September 5, 1949 in Pixian, Sichuan, China.

In 1975, Tony received his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Sichuan University, China. For ten years, he was employed in the Biological Research Laboratory of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. Also, for many years, Tony worked in the Biological Research Laboratory with several USA Universities. His latest employment was 13 years with Eli Lilly in the Biological Research Laboratory.

Tony enjoyed watching the many different sporting events on television.

Survivors include his wife, Sufang Yao; daughter, Ying Huang (husband, Dave W Harvey); granddaughters, Athena Harvey, and Scarlett Harvey.
