Brenda Lee (Lake) Klingerman

Brenda Lee Klingerman, 71, of Noblesville, passed away August 6, 2020. She was born June 8, 1949 in Indianapolis, daughter of Carl and Rhea (Wilson) Lake.

Brenda was a 1967 graduate of Arlington High School.  She received her nursing degree from Purdue University School of Nursing.  Brenda worked at Methodist Hospital and Community East Hospital before choosing to be a fulltime homemaker.

As an avid reader of different types of books, Brenda truly appreciated being a student of the Bible. She was a member of a Bible Book Club and, also enjoyed involvement in a Women’s Bible Drama group. Brenda served as a Sunday School teacher to children as well as adult ladies Sunday School classes. God gave Brenda a beautiful singing voice that she lovingly shared at church as a soloist, ladies trio, ensembles, and church choir. Brenda looked forward to travelling with Jeff on their many road trips. She also enjoyed baking and sharing the goodies with family and friends. Spending time with her grandchildren was a delight and pleasure. The desire of Brenda’s heart was serving Jesus and she wanted to share His love with everyone she met.

Survivors include her devoted husband of 37 years, Jeff Klingerman; children, Michael (Lisa) Biesemeyer, Amy Biesemeyer, and Jason (Sarah) Klingerman; grandchildren, Ella Klingerman, Justus Klingerman, Kate Klingerman, Solomon Klingerman, Rowan Biesemeyer, Finnian Biesemeyer, and Liam Biesemeyer ; brother, Dennis (Vivian) Lake, and sister, Debra (Charles) Finkbiner; step-father, David Klingeman.

Family and friends will gather Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 5:30 pm in Trinity Baptist Church, of which Brenda was a faithful member, and where her funeral service will begin at 7:30 pm.

A family Committal Service will take place Wednesday, August 12, 2020 in Union Chapel Cemetery.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Brenda, be directed to Trinity Baptist Church-Missions.
