Mary Helen Stewart

Mary Helen Stewart, 83, of Kokomo, IN passed away November 17, 2019. She was born March 14, 1936 in Holly Springs, MS to William Stewart, Sr and Johnell Alexander Stewart. Mary, lovingly known as “May Helen” was everyone’s mother, grandmother, aunt, and caretaker. She loved to cook, watch wrestling, and listen to music. There wasn’t anything that she would not do for someone in need. Mary was known to work multiple jobs at one time, but she retired from the Wheaton Glass Factory in New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Gloria Jean and two still-birth children; great-grandson, Marereese; brother, Lenard; and sisters, Henren and Susie.

Mary leaves to cherish her memory one son Frederick, two daughters, Joyce and Marlene;  grandchildren, Zakiya, Shaleah, Joseph, Natashia, Markeyshia, Johnelle, Michelet, Crystal, Marereese, Markaya, Miracle; great-grandchildren, Raziya, Shenyari, Amari, Myles, Rhanni, Adrieonna, Trayonna, Jahvion, Bianca, Israel, Jamarion, Genesis, Khalela, Jasmin, Bellamy, Jahsir, Tyresee, Jaykeya, Journee, Zariyah, Paris; sisters, Arlene, Easter, Laverne, Bessie, Thelma, Jockley; brothers, William, Memzel, Sam; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
