David Edward Body

David Edward Body, 54, of Hamilton County went home to be with the Lord August 1, 2018.  He was born on January 1, 1964 in McKeesport PA, the second son of Thomas and Ruth Body Keys. 

David thrived on adventure and loved the outdoors.  He spent most of his working career in high risk security positions that took him all over the country.  His courage however, was best displayed in the mix of bravery, humor and perseverance he evidenced after his stroke.  He was an encouragement and inspiration to all who met him, never failing to share what the Lord had brought him through.  His greatest passion was for his family whom he loved unconditionally. 

He is preceded in death by his parents. 

Survivors include his brother, Tom (Kathy) Body; daughter, Kristina (Matt) McConnell and grandchildren, Rhiannon, Kennedy and Xander McConnell.

David will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Friday, August 24 at 1:00 pm in Praise Assembly of God, 245 Foster Road, North Versailles, PA. David will be laid to rest next to his grandparents, James and Mildred Hillwig in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, McKeesport, PA.
